今日は、高知いいもの市場の新商品
『かりんとう』の製造工程を
ご紹介させていただきますv(｡´ー｀｡)v

１．前日に仕込んだ生地を
カットして行きます。
２．油で揚げます。
３．【ここがポイント！】
余分な油を落とすために
オーブンで焼き上げます。
女性は、ヘルシーなおやつを
常に探し求めていますからね(*＾艸＾*)
ひと手間加えるだけで
油っぽさが消えました☆
４．絶え間なく鍋を振りながら
味付けをして行きます。
･･･そう。絶え間なく。
ですから、素人カメラマンである
わたくし三好が撮影すると
こんなことになってしまいます(´-ω-｀;)ャﾊ゛ィ
ブレブレで申し訳ありませんｍ(｡≧Д≦｡)ｍ
が、しかし･･･！
あたふたする私のために
優しいスタッフのお姉さまが
ほんの一瞬だけ

・だし醤油
・たまねぎ

・しょうが
・ゆず
高知県産のお米と
国産の小麦粉をベースに
四万十で採れる食材を使い
『ぼか』と呼ばれる
サトウキビを煮詰めた蜜で
甘みをつけています♪♪
